Space Rental
Next Door Social Space is a licensed commercial kitchen and event space. The kitchen is available for rent for your private gatherings, celebrations, and birthday parties. We are conveniently located in the heart of Aldershot in the Lord Nelson Plaza. The kitchen is available to rent by the hour.

As the site director Angie first came to us as a volunteer helping paint our original location in 2012. The further story of how Angie came to us is one worth hearing about, so be sure to ask! Angie loves God, family, people and healthy eating. You’ll see each of those on display when you visit her at Next Door. Angie has two children, Josiah and Aliah, and is married to Dave!

Marcée Lane
Pastor of Mission & Discipleship/Site Supervisor
Marcée grew up in Dundas, Ontario surrounded by a family who loved Jesus. After completing high school, Marcée took a two-year break and then went to Redeemer where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Religion and Theology. For 12 years, Marcée served as a missionary in Tillsonburg and Kitchener as well as abroad in Cochabamba and Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
After 12 years of fundraising her salary and with an interest in social services, Marcée completed her Master of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University. Within weeks of graduating from Laurier, Marcée began to work at Indwell, a Christian charity that creates affordable, supported housing communities.
While working at Indwell, Marcée met Jeremy Lane and in the fall of 2021, they married and now live in Burlington. Marcée started as Pastor of Mission and Discipleship at Forestview Church Without Walls in September 2022, which includes the oversight of Next Door Social Space.
